| Abstract: | The way towards consecutive development is explained and analyzed in the view of history development and strategic point.The way is the need and inevitable choice of domestic economic development as the determined policy.The energy saving principles,policies and actions of domestic electric power industry are explained through analysis and reprospection of historical and current data.Seven advantages of energy saving are pointed out and also the potentialities of future development of energy saving of domestic electric power industry are forecasted and analyzed. |
