S7-300 PLC在高压电器试验站中的应用

摘    要:介绍了西门子S7-300PLC在高压电器试验站中的应用。高压电器试验站的试验对象是高压电器,测试项目多、电压高、电流大,且受到变电所容量的限制。为了对整个试验系统的运行进行有效监控和合理调配,使用计算机对各个试验子站进行监控,并实现子站数据的显示、记录、分析和打印输出。每个分控试验站采用S7-300PLC对试验过程控制和管理。该系统自动化程度高、数据采集量大,且应用证明:运行效果良好。

Application of S7-300 PLC in Apparatus Test Station
Abstract:This paper introduces a system of apparatus test station using S7-300 PLC. The station is used for high voltage apparatus. Three are much more test items, and tested apparatus on the station has high voltage and current. Moreover, these test items are subjected to the capacity of transformer substation. In order to monitor the station effectively and schedule test operations logically, a computer is used to monitor and control the substations, and simultaneously used to display, record, analyses and print the information from the substations. The test process in each substation is controlled and managed by means of a S7-300 PLC. The test system has high automation and can acquire a great deal of information from substations. It is shown by test applications that the test station has ideal effect.
