摘    要:采用森兰SB60的单容水箱液位控制系统能根据需要调整其转速。系统经过简单的液位传感器信号转换,便可得到0~5V的电压信号,反馈给变频器的VR1端;变频器则根据输入的给定值和反馈的实际值,即液位传感器信号转换后获得的反馈电压信号,利用PID控制自动调节,通过改变频率输出值来调节所控制的三相异步电机转速,达到调速的目的;变频器则通过改变电机的转速来调节液位,从而实现控制水箱的液位平稳。

Abstract:The single - tank water level control system using Suniland SB 60, to adjust their speed according to need. After simple liquid level sensor signals can be voltage signal, transforming the vohage signal is 0 - 5V, back to the transducer of the VR1 side. Inverter input for a given value and according to the actual value of feedback, that is obtained under the liquid level sensor signals the feedback voltage signal, using PID control automatic adjustment, change the frequency to adjust the output value of three - phase induction motor speed control, to speed The purpose inverter by changing the motor speed to adjust the level.
