摘    要:近年来白银地区电石电弧炉谐波源负荷快速增长,注入电网的谐波严重影响了地区电网的电能质量和安全运行,而且谐波源用户自身设备也频繁发生电缆头、电抗器、电石炉故障。通过对一谐波超标电石企业采用"补偿+滤波"一体化工程范例的监督治理和有效实施,提出了无源滤波器在电石冶炼炉设计中的应用前景,其分析方法对电网中寻求谐波治理有效途径的电石冶炼企业具有很好的借鉴作用。

Abstract:In recent years the Baiyin region calcium carbide art; furnace harmonic source load fast growth. Harmonies put into the grid seriously impact on quality and safe operation of the power grid power, but also impart harmonic sources user's equipment of frequent cable, reactor, c.,dcium carbide furnace fault. Based on a harmonic overweight calcium carbide enterprise USES "compensa- tion + filter" integration project example of the supervisory manage- ment and effective implementation,it is put forward in the source fil- ter calcium carbide smelting furnace design of the application, the analysis method to power for harmonic treatment of the effective way of calcium carbide smelting enterprises have very good reference.
