变频调速技术在油田潜油电泵中的应用

摘    要:潜油电泵是油井井下工作的多级离心泵,是油田一种重要的采油设备。针对潜油电泵过去使用中存在的诸多问题,提出了采用中压变频调速技术的应用解决方案,介绍了中压变频调速驱动技术的工作原理、性能特点,以及胜利油田孤东采油厂潜油电泵节能技术改造前的现状、电潜泵井节能改造情况以及变频器谐波信号的处理,分析了潜油电泵的变频节能改造效果。实践证明,大力研究与推广应用油田潜油电泵中压变频调速技术,对提高油田采油质量和产量、减少现场维护费用、降低原油开采成本、节约能源以及提高油田综合经济效益,具有十分重要的意义。
