摘    要:以虚拟电厂技术促进清洁能源消纳是泛在电力物联网建设内容的重要组成部分.首先对虚拟电厂的基本概念进行了详细的介绍,其次从定义、数据结构、分类、共识机制以及智能合约方面对区块链技术进行了阐述.再次,对区块链技术与虚拟电厂相结合的适用性进行了详细的分析.在此基础上,建立了基于区块链技术的虚拟电厂商业运营架构和电力交易模式,设计了基于区块链技术的虚拟电厂能源认证和证书交易模式,并对区块链在虚拟电厂中的应用进行了案例说明.最后,给出了虚拟电厂与区块链技术进一步深度融合的发展建议.

Abstract:Promoting clean energy consumption with virtual power plant technology is an important part of the construction of ubiquitous electric Internet of Things. Firstly, the concept of virtual power plant is introduced, then the definition, structure, classification, consensus mechanism, and smart contract of blockchain technology are described, and the feasibility of applying blockchain technology to virtual power plants is analyzed. Thirdly, the virtual power plant commercial operation structure and power transaction mode based on blockchain technology are established. The virtual power plant energy certification and certificate transaction mode based on blockchain technology is designed. Then, the application of blockchain in virtual power plant is illustrated. Finally,the development proposal of virtual power plant based on blockchain technology is given.
