摘    要:张家口供电公司办公大楼一体化蓄能改造工程作为电力需求侧管理示范项目.可以实现冬季利用谷电时段蓄热供暖.夏季低谷电蓄冷空调供冷风.以节约用电费用。介绍了该项目的设计原则.供热负荷及蓄热、空调负荷及蓄冰的运行方案。通过对原系统的改造.取得了节能降耗的效果,同时改善了南北室温不均和顶层散热器亏水进气、水力失调等状况。

Abstract:Integrated energy storage retrofit of office building in Zhangjiakou electric power supply company as a DSM demonstrative project can realize heat storage at valley power section in winter and cool storage at valley power section in summer to save tariff. The article introduces the design principle, heat power load and heat storage, air-conditioning load and ice-storage programme. The retrofit gets the energy conservation effect and at the same time improves the status of north-south imbalance at room temperature, hydraulic disorders and top radiator inlet water losses.
