市场环境下增量配电网运营模式及交易机制研究

摘    要:在我国大力推进增量配电网试点的同时,与之对应的市场化运营模式及交易机制也应协同发展。不同的角色定位对应不同的市场参与方式。首先从售电公司的角度出发,结合不同的市场背景,提出了含分布式电源(distributed generation,DG)的增量配电网购售电业务模式及交易机制。其次从负荷聚合商的角度考虑现货市场环境下用户对实时电价的敏感度,提出了增量配电网代理用户参与需求侧响应的交易机制。最后针对增量配电网发展现状及未来一体化运营模式下面临的问题,分析了主要的技术难点,为今后增量电网相关研究提供参考。

Abstract:The market operation model and trading mechanism should be coordinated development with the pilot projects of incremental distribution network. Different market roles lead to different ways of market participation. Firstly in the view of electricity retailers and combined with the different market background, the business model and transaction mechanism of purchasing and selling electricity of incremental distribution network with distributed generation are put forward. Then, in the view of load aggregators,considering the sensitivity of consumers to the real-time electricity price in the spot market, the transaction mechanism of participating in demand response for incremental distribution network as a consumer agent is put forward. Finally, aiming at the development status of incremental distribution network and the problems coming in the future integrated operation mode, the main technical difficulties are analyzed to provide references for the future research of incremental distribution network.
