| 摘 要： | 近年来,国外多个国家纷纷进行了电力市场大用户直购电的改革并取得了很好的效果。随着我国电力市场改革的深入和电力供需形势的缓和,大用户直购电所面临的问题更加突出。对大用户直购电所面临问题进行了归类,并分析了输配电价、辅助服务、利益平衡3个核心问题,相应提出了解决问题的方法与建议。

| Abstract: | In recent years,many foreign countries have carried out the large comsumers direct-purchasing of electric energy reform and achieved good effects.Along with the thorough electric power market reform and the detente of electricity supply and demand in our country,problems facing the large comsumers direct-purchasing of electric energy are more obvious.The article classifies the problems and analyzes three core problems of electric price of transmission and distribution,auxiliary service and interest balance.It also puts forward some solutions and suggestions to the questions. |
