| 摘 要： | 在电力市场竞争中引入需求响应可以抑制市场力，优化资源配置，实现市场的良性稳定运行。介绍了需求响应的基本概念，论述了需求响应措施的战略作用，并对一种需求响应措施的效果评估和实施过程做了详细说明，最后给出了需求响应计划在中国电力工业中的发展设想，指出在我国电力市场设计中，应充分借鉴国外的实践经验，有计划、有步骤地推行需求响应。

| Abstract: | Demand side response in power market competition can control market power, optimize resources distribution and realize virtuous and stable market operation. This paper introduces the concept of demand side response and the importance of its application. Furthermore, the paper shows how to operate a demand side response item and how to evaluate the result. At last, the paper points out that Chinese power market should learn from foreign experience to made good use of demand side response and carry it out in a planned and stepped way. |
