| 摘 要： | 在电力需求侧管理(DSM)各参与方需求分析的基础上设计了DSM辅助决策支持系统的主要功能模块,基于J2EE标准开发了纯B/S结构的DSM辅助决策支持系统,实现了能效评估、DSM方案设计、DSM项目管理、DSM节电分析、负荷分析预测、错避峰管理、DSM政策模拟、DSM项目综合评价、DSM案例管理和DSM基础数据管理十大功能,可以为DSM各参与方提供一个统一的、功能全面的辅助决策支持平台。

| Abstract: | This paper designs the main function modules of DSM decision supporting system, and constructs a DSM decision supporting system of B/S structure according with J2EE architec- ture. The system realizes ten functions, including energy efficiency assessment, DSM program design, DSM project management, DSM electricity savings analysis, electric load analysis and forecast, peak load shifting management, DSM policy modeling, DSM proj-ect comprehensive evaluation, DSM case management and DSM prime data management, which can provide a unified decision sup-porting platform with universal functions for participants in DSM work. |
