电能计量差错预警模式探讨

摘    要:分析现场核查、计费电能表与计量自动化终端比对、在变压器低压侧加装低压计量装置等方式进行电能计量差错预警的特点及缺陷,提出在低压计量装置上增加支持需求侧响应功能这一新模式,搭建了涵盖所有影响电能计量准确性因素的预警系统,实现负荷控制及与安装在高压侧的计量装置进行计量差错比对预警,完善了电能计量比对模式。

Abstract:The article analyzes the comparison among site verification analysis, billing watt-hour meter and metering automa-tion terminal and analyzes the character and default of transformer with low voltage electric energy metering errors early warning in the low voltage side. It puts forward a new mode of adding support demand side response functions on the low voltage measuring de-vice, sets up early warning system to cover all factors influencing the power metering accuracy. It realizes contrast early warning of load control and with metering device installed on the high voltage side measurement, improves the electric energy metering pattern.
