| 摘 要： | 分时电价是目前需求侧管理（Demand Side Management,DSM)的一项重要手段，可以刺激和鼓励用户主动改变消费行为和用电方式，达到削峰填谷的目的，基于一般用户反应模型建立了用户对分时电价的反应模型，对平时段电价的确定问题进行了探索性研究，提出了用市场清除价（Market Clearing Price,MCP)计算的平均购电电价来确定平时段电价的方法，从一个可行的途径将分时电价市场化，得到适应电力市场条件的分时电价体系，建立了基于DSM和MCP的分时电价模型，利用MATLAB进行了数值仿真，验证了该数学模型确定的分时电价的有效性。 |

| Abstract: | TOU(Time-Of-Use)power price is one of the most important approaches in DSM(Demand Side Management ).It can lead the power consumers to change their power consuming modes so as to be beneficial to the goal of load shifting.In this paper,we develop a new con-sumer response model to TOU power price based on an existing linear consumer response model.Then on the basis of this model,we study the problem of how to determine the flat load's period power price using MCP(Market Clearing Price).Furthermore,a TOU power price mathematical model is proposed based on DSM and MCP.Finally,some numerical simulations are carried out via MATLAB to verify efficiency of TOU power price determined by this model. |
