| 摘 要： | 节能型社会需要一些具体指标对其进行界定，由能源效率指标引出了单位产值能耗、能源成本效率等可以反映节能水平的一系列指标；对工业、建筑、交通运输和政府机构4个部门分别考虑设立评价节能型社会的指标。但要形成一个合理架构的体系仍需做进一步的研究工作。

| Abstract: | The definition of energy conservation society needs some concrete indexes. A series of indexes that can reflect the energy conservation level such as energy consumption of unit output value, energy cost efficiency, etc. have been drawn by the important index of energy efficiency. And the indexes which appraise the energy conservation society are considered respectively from the following four departments:industry, construction, traffic transportation and government. To form a reasonable system still needs further research work. |
