| 摘 要： | 电力需求侧管理可以提高终端用电效率，削峰填谷以减少或推迟新机组建设并提高用电服务的质量。研究和比较世界各国DSM的发展经验，包括技术措施、市场实施以及相关的政策机制，通过研究电力需求侧管理的全球发展经验，为深圳DSM规划的实施提供若干建议。

| Abstract: | Demand Side Management can be used to enhance electricity efficiency of the terminal,reduce or postpone investments for units and improve the quality o f power services.This paper studies and compares the experiences of the global D SM progress and development,including technical measures,marketing practice and relevant policy or mechanism.It serves to provide some suggestions to the develo pment of DSM plan in Shenzhen. |
