摘    要:如何科学、合理地计算评价和测试蓄冷空调系统的移峰填谷能力,一直是政府相关部门和企业关心的重点。在评价国标中的相关技术评价指标的基础上,提出通过增加计算转移电量指标来评估蓄冷空调系统移峰填谷能力的简化新方法。此方法在缺乏测试条件时,可快速评估蓄冷空调系统的效果。此种评价方法已在河北省制定蓄冷空调补贴优惠政策时采用,效果良好。

Abstract:How to assess and test the capability of prak-load shifting of cool storage air-conditioning is always the emphasis of the government and industry concerns. Based on stale standard related technology assess index, the paper brings out a simplified method to assess the capability through adding calculation converting power consumption. The method can assess the effect rapidly when lacking test conditions. The method has been applied in Hebei under the favoured subsidy policy. And the effect is good.
