| 摘 要： | TOU tariff is one of the measures for implementing the DSM. This paper introduces the appearance of DSMand its measures and main contents. TOU tariff's principle、structure and strategy of price-setting are also expounded. Finallythe effectiveness of TOU tariff is illustrated through the example of Nanjing.
