摘    要:变频技术因其节能、安全、易控制、操作方便等优点,在油田生产领域得到广泛应用,逐渐成为抽油机电力拖动系统的主要控制技术之一。介绍了游梁式抽油机的工作特点,指出了变频拖动的优点,根据游梁式抽油机的工作特点,讨论了变频技术在游梁式抽油机上的一些控制问题,并对变频拖动系统的应用方案进行了分析,得出高性能矢量变频器配置性能优越的能量回馈控制单元,是日前游梁式抽油机最佳的节能控制技术方案。

Abstract:Inverter technology for its energy saving, safe, easy to control, easy operation, etc., is widely used in oilfield production. It be- comes one of the pumping electric drive system c'ontrol technology. In light of work characteristics of the beam pumping unit, it pointed out the advantages of the variable fi'equeney drive, discussed the work char- acteristics of the beam pumping unit inverter technology control prob- lems on the beam pumping unit, and variable frequency dragappliea- tions to dynamic systems analysis, the superior performance of high- perfommnce vector inverter configuration energy' feedback control unit, the beam pumping unit best energy-saving control technology program.
