| Abstract: | The article describes building program of residential power information gathering based on fiber communication mode, explains the functions and technology realization of fiber collector. It introduced building program of power information gathering of pilot residential areas, construction program of electricity information collection of remote channel and local channel which provides reference for the power information collection building program under the fiber mode. |
