空调蓄冷材料的制备及热性能分析

摘    要:制备了一种空调用蓄冷材料,该蓄冷材料是由两种相变材料(辛酸和软脂酸)组成,通过加热混合的方法将其制备成均匀的相变蓄冷材料,通过实验分析了所研制的蓄冷材料的相变点、相变潜热等性能。测试结果表明该相变蓄冷材料具有适宜的相变温度和较高的相变潜热,可用作空调蓄冷材料。

Abstract:A cold storage material is prepared. Based on two kinds of phase change materials (caprylic acid and palmitic acid) it is uniformly mixed by heating and stirring. The properties of the cold storage material including phase change temperature and phase change latent heat are analyzed, and the results show that the cold storage material has suitable phase change temperature and higher latent heat and can be considered as a cold storage material for air-conditioning system.
