SPC在滚筒洗衣机水量检测过程中的应用

本文运用统计过程控制(Statistical Process Control,SPC)方法,对滚筒洗衣机生产过程中的水量检测过程进行了过程分析和诊断,找到了存在的问题及改善方向。将滚筒洗衣机水量检测的标准界限进行了更改,并对更改后的检测过程做了SPC统计分析和验证,纳入过程控制标准。本文将SPC应用于洗衣机生产过程中的过程诊断与过程标准的制订,对于今后业内解决生产过程中的类似问题,可起到一定的借鉴作用。

Application of the SPC to the Process of the Water Volume Test of the DrumWashing Machine

The paper describes to apply SPC theory and its control charts for the analysis and diagnosis of the water volume test process of a drum washing machine. And finding out its problems and then the process is improved. The water volume test process specifications of the drum washing machine are revised, and the SPC is layout after the revising and the process capability index is validated well. Then the new specifications are bred into the test process standard. In the paper SPC methodology is put into the process analysis and diagnosis of the water volume test process of the drum washing machine, it provides a reference to solve the similar problems for washing machine industry.
