| 摘 要： | 关于低压供电系统中设备的电压波动和闪烁的IEC标准IEC61000-3-3：2002已于2003年开始实施，与IEC61000-3-3：1994标准比较，在标准名称、适用范围、定义、评定、限值、试验条件上存在较人差异，本文对IEC61000-3-3的两个版本的差异进行解析。

| Abstract: | IEC standard, IEC61000-3-3: 2002 which is about thevoltage fluctuations and flicker in low-voltage supply systems forequipment have been put into effect on 2003. Compared with theformer edition IEC61000-3-3:1994, the updated standard differsgreatly in standard title, scope, definition, assessment, limits andtest conditions. The paper focuses on interoperating the differ-ence between the two visions. |
