| 摘 要： | 结合美国惯性约束聚变(ICF)装置脉冲电容器的试验情况，从可靠性的角度讨论了脉冲电容器的可靠性筛选试验、老炼试验和寿命试验，并简要地介绍了脉冲电容器性能数据处理的几种途径，以及几种常用的电容器加速寿命试验模型。

| Abstract: | Based on tests of impulse capacitor for Inertial Confinement Fusion (ICF), this paper analyses qualification and acceptance tests of capacitors from a reliability standpoint. Screening tests, burn-in, life testing are discussed. This paper also provides some methods for processing performance data and some models for accelerated life testing of impulse capacitors. |
