摘    要:电力系统必须使线路的潮流在安全限值以下,并能够在发生N-1故障后通过在线控制快速恢复系统的稳定运行。为此,提出一种基于交流灵敏度的反向等量配对调整法在线安全控制策略,该策略应用精确的交流潮流模型获得灵敏度数据,并采用反向等量配对调整法进行安全校正,快速确定发电机出力调整及切负荷等措施,进而消除电网中存在的线路过载。通过IEEE 118bus数据算例分析,验证了该算法所涉及控制策略的合理性和有效性。

Abstract:Power system should have lines transmission under safety limits,and it is necessary to recover quickly by on-line control and stable operation in the event of N-1 failure.A sensitivity-based online security control strategy was proposed in this paper,which obtains sensitivity data based on an accurate model of the exchange current,and using a reverse equivalent security correction method to quickly determine the need of generator adjusting output and load shedding,and to eliminate the overload grid lines.Examples on IEEE 118bus case validated the efficiency and accuracy of the proposed method.
