| Abstract: | The possible risks encountered during the implementation of DSM program are made an abecedarian research, mainly including the sources and analysis of the risks for management. Then the decision based on risks is analyzed to a certain extend. By these studies some enlightenments can be obtained for the planning?deciding?implementing and evaluating of the DSM program and for its better cost effective. |
