| 摘 要： | 作为城市电网规划的决策者通常要面临一个由相互关联的各个部分构成的复杂系统，这种复杂系统的决策问题大都属于多因素决策问题，其解决的关键在于如何在一系列非劣解中确定最优解。介绍了基于三角模糊数的模糊层次分析法，及其在某小区电网规划方案综合评判中应用的过程，为城市电网规划决策综合评判提供了一种新方法。

| Abstract: | The decision makers of urban power system planning often face a complex system including several parts.These decision problems of the complex system are mostly MADM problems.How to determine the optimum solution in the noninferior solutions is the key.This paper introduces a FAHP based MADM method in urban power system planning and the procedure of applying this method.The method will be a new way for urban power system planning MADM. |
