摘    要:针对河北南网高压电网的设计规划,以层次分析法为基础,探讨了一种高压电网网架指标的综合评价方法。该方法包括供电安全性、供电可靠性、供电经济性、供电质量和电网适应性五方面指标,结合德尔菲法确定各指标权重,并采用模糊隶属度方法确定指标评分标准。该方法旨在解决目前高压网络规划网架结构的选择受个人偏好影响随意性较大的问题,为高压电网网架的评价提出了一种新的综合评价思路。

Abstract:Employed the Analytic Hierarchy Process,a comprehensive evaluation approach of high voltage power grid was proposed for Hebei south power grid design and planning.It includes five indicators: power supply security、power supply reliability、power supply economy、power supply quality and power grid adaptability,in which Delphi method was used to determine the index weight,and fuzzy membership method to determine index score standards.The method aims to solve problems of high-voltage network planning and design affected by personal preferences,and presents a new way for the evaluation of high voltage power grid.
