摘    要:传统防误操作票系统未涉及二次保护设备建模,因而不能体现二次设备对一次设备的保护效果.文中提出了一、二次设备建模的智能防误操作票系统,采用保护设备建模、规则库管理以及操作票与检修票闭环管理等设计方案,在原有防误操作票系统的基础上实现了电网图形完整拓扑分析功能、智能推理生成操作票功能和根据检查票生成操作票功能,提高了防误操...

Abstract:Traditional anti-misoperation operation ticket system is not involved secondary protection device modeling,and therefore does not reflect protection effect of secondary equipments.An intelligent anti-misoperation operation ticket system of primary equipment and secondary equipments modeling was proposed in the paper.Methods,such as protection modeling,role base management,closed-loop management between operation ticket and maintenance ticket were used.The function of integration topology analysis,operation ticket generation according to intelligent reasoning and maintenance ticket improves intelligent level of the proposed intelligent anti-misoperation operation ticket system.Fujian Electric Power Company’s application of the system has proven its effectiveness.
