| 摘 要： | 电力市场环境下，可用传输容量是市场运营和交易中心以及市场成员关注的重要技术指标。介绍了可用传输容量的计算原则、常用求解方法及其优缺点。采用发电成本最低为目标函数的最优潮流工具，解决了双边交易模式、Pool模式及综合交易模式下的可用传输容量的求解问题。

| Abstract: | In a power market, ATC(available transmission capability) is an important index concerned by market operators and participants. Computing methods of ATC, their merits and defects, and computing rules are introduced in this article. ATC comp uting methods in bilateral exchange mode, Pool mode, and integrated exchange mod e using least generating cost optimal power flow are proposed. |
