基于安全性的互联电网间最大输电容量的研究

摘    要:电网在制定运行调度计划时,需要知道联络线的最大输电能力,以及阻碍输电的主要因素。计算最大输电能力的常见算法是连续潮流法,但其结果不一定能保证满足电网安全约束。本文在对外部系统合理等值的基础上,比较了采用连续潮流、有功和无功解耦的优化算法计算互联电网间的最大有功输电容量的差异,重点考察了发电机容量、节点电压、线路载荷等安全约束条件对计算结果的影响。IEEE-RTS算例结果表明,本文所述算法可以用来检验运行方式的安全性,安排调度计划,提高电厂和电网的运行效率。

Abstract:Total transfer capability (TTC) on tie line among power systems is necessary to system operator.Continuous power flow method applied in TTC calculation can't gu arantee that security constraints be always obeyed.This paper constructs the equ ivalent model of outer system and compares CPF and optimization method in TTC ca lculation.Security constraints such as line load,node voltage and generator capa city are included and analyzed.Results of IEEE-RTS system prove the correctness and feasibility of the algorithm,which is helpful to schedule operation and enha nce efficiency.
