摘    要:同步相量量测单元PMU(phasor measurement unit)在配电网中的推广使用有效提升了电网系统的可观性。首先提出了一种考虑PMU信息的配电网运行状态分析方法,该方法在数据采集与监控SCADA(supervisory control and data acquisition)系统数据更新时,将SCADA和PMU等不同量测时间尺度的混合数据进行状态估计;之后通过PMU数据进行状态估计更新,直至新的SCADA数据到来,开始新的混合数据状态估计。目标函数由估计值与量测值之间残差指数的加权和组成,降低了不良数据对估计结果的影响,并通过抗残差加权减少由于量测坏数据引起的运行状态波动。最后通过IEEE 123节点的算例分析,验证了所提方法具有较好的运行状态分析效果和有较高的时效性。

Abstract:The popularization of synchronous phasor measurement unit(PMU)in distribution network improves the ob?servability of power system effectively.In this paper,an analysis method for the distribution network operation state is proposed considering the PMU information.Using this method,when the supervisory control and data acquisition(SCA?DA)system data are updated,the mixed data on different measurement time scales,such as SCADA and PMU data,are used for state estimation.Afterwards,state estimation is updated by means of the PMU data,and a new mixed data state estimation will not be started until the arrival of new SCADA data.The objective function is composed of the weighted sum of the residual index between the estimated and measured values,thus reducing the influences of bad da?ta on the estimated results.By robust-residual-weighting,the fluctuations of the operation state caused by bad measure?ment data can be reduced.Finally,an IEEE 123-node distribution system is taken as an example,and the analysis re?sults verify that the proposed method has a better performance of operation state analysis and higher timeliness.
