| 摘 要： | 全面介绍了当前输电网络优化规划的研究现状,包括按规划时间划分的静态和动态规划模型,按研究信息划分的确定性和灵活规划模型,以及相应的各种求解方法.对各种规划模型和求解方法进行了分类和比较,总结并评价了各种模型和求解方法的优缺点和适用范围.在此基础上提出了今后输电网络优化规划的研究方向.

| Abstract: | This paper surveys the research status of electric network optimal planning.The static and dynamic models(considering the plan period),inflexible and flexible models(considering the information)and their corresponding solving algorithms,such as traditional heuristic,optimized and metaheuristic algorithms,are introduced.With each kind of model and algorithm,the authors compare and contrast the characteristics of them.The trends of research in transmission network expansion planning are also proposed. |
