| 摘 要： | 本文通过对发电厂、变电所实际接地及相关问题的,分析阐述了保护接地、接触电压和跨步电压等概念，说明了接地技术的重要性，并指出，伴随着高科技信息化时代的到来，接地技术将在各个领域得到更为广泛的应用，并且形成系统化的“接地学学科”。
