摘    要:小电流接地系统单相接地故障选线方法目前已有很多,但每种方法都有针对性和局限性,故采用单一选线方法精度较低.为解决这一问题,根据不同小电流接地系统的电气特征,选择出具有优势互补的三种选线方案作为多重判据智能融合的依据.考虑到故障选线中存在各种不确定信息,构造了基于各选线方案的故障测度和对于正确选线的可信度.在此基础上,采...
