摘    要:电厂机组竞价上网能否获胜的关键就是如何确定报价曲线,而机组竞价上网的博弈解(纳什均衡解),又是获取电厂机组报价曲线的关键。本文研究了在电力需求具有弹性的电力市场中机组报价曲线的确定方法。该方法首先建立了具有约束条件下的古诺模型,并给出了求取该模型的古诺一纳什均衡解的方法,由此得到电厂机组出力的优化解,然后再利用一变换公式将该解转化为电厂机组的报价曲线.

Abstract:For each generation company, the key to win the bid is how to decide its units b idding curves, while getting the bidding curves is the most necessary to obtain the game solution. So a method to decide generation units bidding curves is prop osed in this paper under incomplete information in electricity market with an el astic electric power demand. Firstly a Cournot model with technical constraints is given. Then the method to obtain Cournot-Nash equilibrium state of this model is introduced. When getting the optimal solution of the output of generation un its, the units bidding curves can be obtained easily by a transformation formula .
