摘    要:在唐山电网电压无功优化闭环控制系统投运初期,发现了母线电压遥测刷新缓慢和跳变问题并导致相应厂站闭锁的情况,为提高自动电压控制(Automatic Voltage Control,AVC)闭环运行的可靠性,提出了解决方法。文章首先阐述了AVC系统应用情况,然后分析了导致AVC闭锁的遥测问题原因,提出解决问题的思路即建立遥测采集传输处理结构图,并结合唐山电网特点提出了遥测死区设置问题和处理跳变问题的措施和流程,最后通过实例分析对提出的方法进行了效果验证。

Abstract:During the initial operation phase of Tangshan power network voltage and reactive closed-loop control system, the problems of slow telemetry refreshing and jumping of bus voltage have been discovered, which results in the corresponding power plant and substation blocking. To improve the reliability of an automatic voltage control (AVC) closed-loop system, a solution is proposed. This paper explains the current application of the AVC system, analyzes the reasons resulting in AVC blocking, and puts forward a countermeasure of establishing the structure of telemetry data collection, data transmission and data processing, solving the issues of telemetry dead-zone setting and jumping according to the characteristics of Tangshan power network. At last, the proposed method is validated through an example.
