This paper proposes a life-cycle progress management platform for power transmission projects,which focuses on supervision management,plan management,integrated management,project management,progress analysis,cost analysis,reporting management,and system management.By integrating data center,the project prophase management system,the infrastructure construction management and control system and the ERP system,the proposed platform has data extraction,data integration,data statistics and data analysis,which provides an important technical supporting method for the provincial power companies to build the integrated power transmission operation and analysis platform,to make power transmission businesses management transparency,institutionalization and standardization,and to make strategic decisions.
