一种电动汽车的直流电能表设计及应用

摘    要:介绍了电动汽车单相智能电子式直流电能表的软件设计、计量芯片配置以及技术参数等,软件部分采用3层架构进行模块化设计,主要由计量单元、数据处理单元、数据管理单元、通信单元、显示单元等组成;整体架构分为驱动层、平台层和业务层;该电能表具有高可靠性、高稳定性、易扩展性、停电数据自动保存、可与车载终端实时交互等优点,可准确单独计量电动汽车的正、反向电能,是一种比较出色的电动汽车电能计量解决方案。

Abstract:This paper introduces software design, measurement chip configuration, technical parameters of single- phase and intelligent DC electric energy meter for electric automobiles. The software component is designed through modular three-tier architecture, including the measurement unit, the data processing unit, the data management unit, the communications unit and the display unit. The three-tier architecture used consists of the driver layer, the platform layer and the business layer. The DC meter has advantages of high reliability, high stability, easy extensibility, data saved automatically in case of power failure and real-time interaction with automobiles' terminal etc. Moreover, the DC meter can accurately measure positive and reverse energy of electric automobile, which provides a good solution for electric automobiles' electric energy measurement.
