支撑企业业务变革的IT运维驾驶舱系统研究

摘    要:针对智能电网环境下电力企业系统辅助决策、故障自愈、优化资源配置等方面的业务变革需求,分析了企业IT运维管理面临的系统建设、运维模式、工作流程、系统安全等一系列挑战;针对传统IT运维系统存在的重应用轻服务、被动运维、管理分散等问题,提出了IT运维驾驶舱的概念,建立了层次型的运维驾驶舱体系结构,阐述了系统的功能架构,并总结了lT运维驾驶舱系统需要解决的系统建模、大数据处理、KPI体系建立、辅助分析等关键技术。

Abstract:According to business transformation requirements of the aided system decision, sell-healing and resource allocation optimization in electric power enterprises under the circumstance of smart grid, this paper analyzes a series of challenges faced by enterprises' IT operation and maintenance including system construction, operation and maintenance modes, workflow and system security. To solve the issues of application-centric, passive maintenance and decentralized management existing in the traditional IT operation and maintenance system, this paper proposes a concept of IT operation and maintenance cockpit system, sets up a hierarchical system architecture, describes its system function framework, and summarizes several key technologies involved in the IT operation and maintenance cockpit system, including system modeling, massive data processing, KPI system establishment and aided analysis.
