电力城网供电电压自动采集系统的研发和应用

为进一步提升电能质量,国家电网公司于2012年实施推进供电电压采集系统建设工作。供电电压采集系统依托于PMS系统,实现对供电电压数据采集源头、采集和传输过程、处理和存储过程、上报过程等的全过程管理。全面实现城市供电电压数据自动采集、加工、预警、展示、统计、评估以及辅助分析等功能,从而提高电压合格率信息的及时性和准确性,提升公司电压无功管理精益化水平。

Development and Application of Urban Power Grid Supply Voltage Automatic Acquisition System

To further strengthen the continuous monitoring of the voltage deviation caused by slow changes of normal power system operations, to timely understand the voltage conditions of the clients, and to enhance power quality, State Grid Corporation of China （SGCC） implements and promotes the construction of the power supply voltage acquisition system since 2012. Relying on the PMS system, the supply voltage acquisition system achieves the goals of the whole process management, including the source data collection of the power supply voltage, the collection and transmission process, the processing and storage procedures and the escalation procedure. And the system has capacities of automatic data collection, data processing, alarming, data reporting, data statistics, assessment and aided analysis of city supply voltage, which can improve the timeliness and accuracy of the voltage qualified rate as well as the lean management level of voltage.
