电力通信接入网可靠性影响因素分析

摘    要:电力通信接入网具有结构复杂、技术多样、设备厂家众多和成本敏感等特征,其可靠性研究面临很多挑战,有必要对可靠性影响因素进行全面梳理和分析。首先阐述了网络可靠性的相关概念和演进特征,然后从网络分层的角度分析了网络组件、拓扑结构、路由策略、网络管理和建设成本等5个因素对电力通信接入网可靠性的影响,最后给出了提高可靠性的相关建议和措施。这些建议和措施对电力通信接入网的规划、设计、建设以及运行维护具有参考价值。

Abstract:The electric power communication access network has features such as complex structure, technology diversity, multiple manufacturers, cost sensitive and etc., these may affect the reliability. So factor analysis of the reliability is a value task. Firstly, the concept of network reliability and its evolution characteristics are explained in this paper. Then, according to the principle of network layering, this paper analyzes five factors affecting reliability of the access networks, including network components, topology, routing strategy, network management and construction costs. Finally, the suggestions and measures are given to improve the reliability and are of reference value in the power communication access network planning, design, construction, operation and maintenance.
