| 摘 要： | 智能手机、平板电脑在日常生活与工作中的应用日益广泛,设计开发针对电力客户的移动智能服务平台,以满足客户多样化、个性化的用电服务需求已经越来越迫切。文章介绍了电力客户移动服务平台的应用前景,提出了系统设计方案,并按照这一方案开发了供电掌上营业厅软件。解决了电力客户服务需求难以及时响应的问题,丰富了供电服务渠道,提升了客户服务水平。

| Abstract: | Smart phone and tablet PC are widely used by people in their life and work. To satisfy customers＇ diversified and personalized requirements of electricity, there is an urgent need to design and develop an intelligent mobile service platform. This paper illustrates application prospect of such a mobile service platform, discusses system design scheme, and develops a mobile business application software according to the scheme. Application results show that the system can not only make promptly reaction to customers＇ need, but also provide diversifying service channels of electricity application and enhance customer service quality. |
