| 摘 要： | 电网企业信息系统大集中后,如何保障信息系统安全、持续、可靠、稳定的运行变得尤为重要。通过深入分析电网企业信息运维的现状、需求和发展方向, 详细阐述了ISO20000 国际标准对于电网企业信息运维标准化建设的推动作用。在电网企业建设信息系统调度运行体系之际, 引进 ISO20000 国际标准不仅有益于电网企业信息运维组织结构的调整和优化,还可以全面推动信息运维服务及管理流程的标准化建设,全面提升电网企业信息系统的保障能力。
