态势感知和决策支持技术在电网调度领域的应用

摘    要:随着技术的进步与发展,电网各个系统提供的数据不断膨胀,运行人员及时从中提取有效信息的工作变得更加困难。文章研究了以用户为中心的系统设计方法的核心——态势感知导向设计方法;探讨了态势感知和决策支持技术在电网调度自动化领域的应用,介绍了态势感知和决策支持系统的设计目标与实现方法。该系统可为电网运行管理人员的决策提供有效信息,弥补了当前自动化系统普遍不甚完善甚至是缺失的环节。

Abstract:With the development of technology, data fforn systems of the power grid continues to expand. Extracting useful information timely becomes more difficult for grid operators. This paper investigates the application of situational awareness and decision support technology in the field of power grid dispatching automation. Firstly, the core of system design method of user centered design methods -- situation awareness - oriented design (SAOD) is discussed. Then the design goal and implementation method of the application of situational awareness and decision support technology in the field of power grid dispatching automation are presented, that will help provide useful information to operators and improve the use of information in power grid dispatching automation.
