基于在线监测的用电稽查系统研究与应用

摘    要:用电稽查是电力行业内重要却比较棘手的工作,针对用电稽查中出现的问题,文章对在线用电稽查系统进行了研究。从用电稽查系统的重要性出发,结合现今使用的用电稽查系统出现的一系列问题,指出稽查系统更新的必要性;通过对稽查系统中出现的若干问题进行逐一分析,得出新系统需要达到的一些要求;根据要求得出技术难点和解决方案。并得出稽查系统的大致框图;最后通过对新用电稽查系统的实例功能介绍,验证该系统的可靠性。实例表明,新的在线用电稽查系统在技术上具有创新性,可以达到预期要求。

Abstract:The power inspection always is an important but difficult work in the electric power industry. This paper carries out the research of the on-line inspection system from the view of the electricity issues. Starting from the importance of electricity inspection system, this paper points out the necessity of the inspection system updates by combining with the problems appeared in the electricity inspection systems. And then, the requirements of the new system are achieved by analyzing the existing issues one by one, the technical difficulties and solutions according to the requirements are designed, which describes the architecture of the inspection system. At last, application of the new inspection system shows that the system is reliable and has technical creativity, can meet the expected requirements.
