数据交互技术在省地调控系统互联中的应用

文章深入分析了省调对各电压等级变电站进行实时监控的技术瓶颈，在讨论告警直传、远程浏览等调控数据交互技术的原理及应用基础上，提出了在省地两级调控机构监控系统的互联互通和信息共享上深化应用调控数据交互技术的思路。详细剖析了技术方法和实现原理，并在浙江省调与地调监控系统互联中成功应用，间接实现了省调对220kV及以下变电站的全部集中监控，大大提高了监控效率，保障电网安全稳定运行。最后提出了该技术应用尚存的缺点和不足。提出了今后改进的方向。

Application of the Data Exchange Technology in the Interconnection of Provincial and City Dispatching System

This paper deeply analyzes the technical bottlenecks of the provincial dispatching center real-time monitoring of multi level voltage substations, discusses the principles and application foundations of the dispatching data exchange technology from several aspects of alarming value transmission, remote browsing, etc., and then puts forward an idea of deep application of the data exchange technology based on the interoperability and information sharing between the provincial dispatching supervisory system and the city dispatching supervisory system. Further, this paper analyzes the technical methods and implementation principle in details. Successful application in interconnection of Zhejiang provincial dispatching supervisory system and city dispatching supervisory system shows that the idea can greatly improve the monitoring efficiency and ensure grid operation safe and stable. Finally, this paper also presents the technical shortcomings and deficiencies, and proposes the improvement direction.
