电网企业信息系统绩效管理分析

摘    要:随着SG186工程建设,国家电网公司大批信息系统相继投入运行,信息化建设对于提高国家电网公司经营生产管理水平,支撑集团化运作、集约化发展发挥了重要作用。如何提升信息系统应用效果,提高实用化水平已经成为公司当前日益关注的问题。阐述了在信息系统生命周期内对系统建设全过程进行绩效评价的必要性和方法。通过建立基于评价的信息系统绩效管理机制,综合评价信息系统绩效,加强对系统建设的全过程管控,才能确保信息化建设总体方向的正确性,提高系统建设质量,提升实用化水平。

Abstract:With a large number of information systems developed in the project "SG186" into operation, informatization has played an important role in improving management level and ensuring collectivize operation and intensive development for the State Grid Corporation of China. How to make information systems more effective and practical is becoming the focus in grid enterprises. This paper firstly introduces the necessity and methods of performance evaluation in the whole life cycle of information systems construction, and then presents an evaluation-based method for information systems performance analysis to evaluate the performance comprehensively and make the construction process more controllable. The proposed method can ensure correct construction direction, improve system construction quality, and make information system more practical.
