| 摘 要： | 为了提高电网企业信息化项目建设和信息系统运维技术水平,文章从基础设施、平台环境、开发测试服务及制度规范4个方面提出了基于虚拟化技术的IT综合开发测试平台研究,设计了集系统开发、测试、培训、试验等综合功能于一体的技术服务平台,研究成果在西北电网有限公司得到应用,提高了公司信息化建设和运维服务水平,解决了电网信息化建设和运维过程中面临的诸多技术问题。
