Research on High-efficiency Informatization Project Management Modes for Grid Enterprises

The informatization construction of grid enterprises is a complicated systematic project. In order to ensure the smooth progress of informatization projects, there is an urgent need to upgrade the management level for informatization projects. This paper begins with discussions about situations faced by the project management of grid enterprises. Based on PMI project management knowledge system theory and leading practices of infrastructure project management, a new project management mode is proposed. The mode takes planning as guidance, focuses on project libraries and assessments, which can provide a reference for project management of grid enterprises.
