绍兴电力通信网地县一体化优化调整研究

摘    要:在国家电网公司推进电力通信网地县一体化运作的背景下,文章对绍兴电力通信网运行方式综合优化的研究和应用实践进行了阐述。为实现绍兴电力传输网络优化,确保传输网络发展的连续性,对绍兴电力光缆网和传输网拓扑结构、电路、网管、同步方式等进行了优化,提升了光缆运行率和设备运行率,提高了通信业务保障能力,形成了系统的网络监控、分析、预警、优化调整机制。从而更好地满足集约化管理的需求。

Research on the County Integrated Optimization for Shaoxing Electric Power Communication Network

Abstract:This paper presents the research and practice on the integrated optimization of operation mode of Shaoxing electric power communication network under the background of county power communication network integration promoted by SGCC. In order to realize optimization of Shaoxing power transmission network and ensure the continuity of the transmission network development, Shaoxing electric power communication network is optimized including transmission network topology, circuits, network management, synchronization mode and etc. Thus, the operation rate of cable and equipment is improved, and the communication services support capability is reinforced. In addition, the systematic mechanism of data monitoring, analysis, early warning and optimal adjustment is developed. The intensive management requirement can be met bitterly.
